What a year it has been
So thankful to be in yoga teacher training at @honoryogaflemington for the past few months. The knowledge I’ve been gifted with is truly a blessing and the opportunity to begin couldn’t have come at a better time, Autumn 2020, in the middle of a pandemic.
I will admit, there are parts of this training that are challenging for me and will take a bit of extra attention to detail, but I also know this training is essential homework for my soul and that I’ll forever be a student of yoga.
Living to your full potential requires a lot of mental stamina & I can say without a doubt, that yoga & meditation have been that constant for me to lean on for the past 4 years of my life. The feeling of developing your own practice gives powerful energy to your being
Remember that you have already conquered every hard day in your life that you thought you wouldn’t & you’re still here, your hearts still beating, your blood is still pumping.
This is yoga too, by the way. Yoga is more than being flexible & bendy, it’s a lifestyle to guide your heart home.
[and with stillness comes reflection and with reflection comes healing]
This is it.
